Mind exercise to keep you safe and healthy, in this crisis:

What is neuro plasticity? Neuro plasticity means, the ability of our brain to change repeatedly throughout our lives. It programmes our mind through neural network. Neuro plasticity's aim is to maximize the neural network. Through neural network our mind functions. If it is unresourceful then it affects our health.

Ever since the Corona broke out, everywhere we are hearing about its news. Like how it spreads? What are its effects? In what way it troubles us in future? so on..

Here I am taking the example of Corona to explain how neural network formed.

Neural network formed within us in 6 ways like,

1. Past reference- here we start comparing it with other viruses which broke out earlier and its impact, then we start imagining about corona virus impact. Don't compare it with any other viruses. Thoroughly understand about it...don't build any imaginary nutshell.

2. Social reference - it has big impact actually. Now and then we are having the opportunity to hear about Corona from news channels, social media, digital marketing etc.. Start question how exactly it is true?

3. Present reference - here one is prone to imagine about its damages...present situation forcing us to think that if I got infected, then what all happens with me...There are no boundaries to one's imagination. So, you will destroy your self-image. Don't surrender yourself to this situation. Break the pattern with chaotic breathing, seeing upward or drinking water etc.

4. Goals - we already started thinking about future damage. Don’t allow yourself to that...think about better future.

5. Repetitive thoughts- Again n again our thoughts are standstill with corona and its impact. Don’t be in the imaginary world. Follow the instructions of the doctors will be safe.

6. Your actions - engage yourself with yoga, meditation, good reading, spend time with your family, self-realization etc... So that you are in a peaceful state...

Make your immunity strong through neural network. Don't allow yourself to false news which are spreading around like a wild fire. So that you can enjoy better health n happiness in the future.
