The mind is difficult to control but not impossible. When you practice anything for 21 days continuously, then it will become habit. You inculcate that behaviour within you. To lead healthy life, you have to be healthy inwardly. Whatever happens to our outer body part we can see easily. But it is not same with inner body parts. There may be past painful stored memory or present stress, failure, fear, pain etc. Then it leads to lack of confidence, concentration, low self-esteem, laziness, social withdrawals, etc. But it is not easy to come out of it and you will be the victim of the harm it creates.
You can reprogramme your mind to come out of this. Through inner pacing and other strong NLP techniques, you can check your inner word.
So that you will find out what all stored in your mind. It may be past painful memories which is inaccessible to conscious mind or present stress. These memories create what all hurdles to your success as well as your health. These memories are the reason for psychological as well as physical problems.
When you are aware of this, then you can come out of this as well. Through this programme you can learn how to control and focus your mind in any given situation. This will help you to analyse yourself, what all weaknesses you have, what prevents you from going forward etc. As you practicing you become better and better. Duration: 1hr daily counselling for 21 days. Every day home work will be given.
